I picked this speaker up last month when it was on sale and I have been blown away. It is a powerful speaker with excellent audio quality. They app support is a joke and unworthy of them Samsung branding but the speaker doesn't require the app to function.

I don't have personal experience with the JBL Partybox 310 but it looks like a more fair comparison would be between the 310 and a Samsung MX-ST50B speaker. The MX-ST90B posted here would be more comparable to a 710 or 1000 model from JBL.
Is there any significant context you would like to add regarding that fact?
