Yep, just like the last deal, it was good for one day and then gone. Maybe they'll run it again in the near future...

As for durability, Roland makes the best e-kits and they will last for many years even with heavy usage. This kit is one of their best.

Congrats, they ship pretty quick, you'll probably have it within 3 days. (2) Boxes, the main box (very heavy), and then a smaller box with a rack. Keep in mind, you still need to purchase a kick pedal, Hi-Hat stand, sticks and drum throne if you don't already have one.

Thank you for the heads-up. Do you have any recommendations on the HH stand? (considering I have double bass paddle already and space might be tight around the HH stand) Also any recommendation on the snare stand? (I don't think the kit comes with one either, or does it?) Since the whole Roland kit is black, so I thought about black it out all the way. So far I'm looking at the Mapex Armory Series Hi-Hat Stand Black and the Snare Stand Black, not many options for black in general, everything comes in chrome. I'm new to the drum hardware, my old kit just have a bunch rack mounted rubber pads, so didn't have to worry about hardware, until now. I got the UPS tracking number, ETA Thursday shipped out from TN. VERY EXCITED! Smilie

Hard to go wrong with Tama RoadPro for snare or HH stands for the price. I believe they win out in the mid-priced category. For a similar price the Yamaha gear is great. My experience has been the more expensive ones are simply "shinier" and "beefier". But feel and functionality of the mid-priced units is about the same. I have heard a few complaints about quality of PDP and DW. Unlike ice cream, most brands are good, lol.

^ Agree, any midline hardware will work fine. I have a mix of DW, Pearl and Tama hardware.
