Very niched question for anyone with expertise:
I'm thinking of this as a gift for my parents, but they have limestone floors with grout throughout the house...

Anyone know if it can go up and down uneven surfaces? The stone is raw and not 100% uniform. Maybe up to 1/8" difference between some sections of grout and stone.

Wondering if it might get stuck or go in loops or if it can still cruise around the house and vacuum?

It's mostly a sweeper. If they have uneven floors, it can navigate, but won't get most of the dirt it can't hit with the rollers.

I have an iRobot (i4 I think). It looks almost identical to this one, with two rollers on the bottom and the spinning 3-brush piece on the side.

Without a doubt it will be handle the elevation change of grout. Meaning, it won't get stuck. How well it cleans is the bigger question. Might not pick up small particles in the lower sections of grout unless they get hit with the spinning 3-brush part. If you've ever watched one in operation you'll know what I mean. It covers the entire floor with multiple passes, but only so many parts of the floor get hit with the spinning brush.

At this price I'd give it a try you can always return it.

Just bought the previous at $126. Will Walmart.com do a price adjustment or should I just buy again and return the other one?

I got roughly 2 years of decent pickup with this model on tile flooring. But, I've also ran into the error where it just doesn't charge despite it being directly on the charger. This seems to be a common problem (unfortunately) but for $100 it is probably worth it.

Idk what kind of mapping it is but I have this and it does make a map. I would buy it for $100, sometimes it's just buggy and needs to be powered off and on, my old one was more reliable but had less features
