I did order from the APP, they didn't fulfill app orders while people were in line.... there were like 30 of us all standing around. Then they would only fill the order once you complained directly. I ended up lining up in the in store line, then once they got to me telling them I had a app order, then they prioritized making my sandwich since it was blocking the line. I only did this after waiting 30 mins, but god that was a awful experience. I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived too. 50 minutes to get the food since the order was placed.

Potbelly is one of my favorites and still priced at a level I can afford. I usually do a turkey and provolone cheese with everything on it (spicy Giardiniera, too), skip the pickles. Definitely tasty. Sadly, the closest one is 17 miles away.

The close runner-up is probably Schlotskyz's.

Subway - So bland and routine.

Jimmy Johns - Don't think they have any warm sandwiches

Jersey Mikes - So expensive that I won't even go there with an $5 off $15 AMEX offer.

Dont think its only costco gift cards. I tried using a gift card I bought from potbelly themself and it didnt work. It doesnt even give an error, just doesnt accept it, tried like 10 times

wow, sounds like that place is disorganized, or understaffed, or overwhelmed. the staff must hate these BOGO days.
