I have NEVER been able to place a BOGO order through the app or the website using my credit card. Tried 3 different credit cards and 2 different locations and neither work. I just get the error message "Your card info contains one or more errors." Anyone else have this problem?

This happens with every Potbelly deal... their system does not have any type of feature to prevent over-ordering/people just making multiple accounts. I experienced it enough times were I avoid their deals unless I am ok with getting in super early (like a 10 AM lunch) or super late (like a 9 PM dinner).

It is very easy to make your own sandwich the way you like. The trick is to find fresh bread. Start with Safeway, they bake nice bread daily
