I don't see any $10 credit anywhere. S&S is only $1.63. This still ends up being 20+ cents a bag...

A little searching and I found these. 200 count for $30 is 15 cents a bag, and according to the reviews they are identical to the Hefty. I may give them a try.

I believe the Costco version is 200-ct. or around 9 cents per bag
