$294 for 20" 60v Dewalt chainsaw kit including case, charger, and 4 ah 60v battery (12 ah when used in 20v tools) - after hack.
Returning my 18" 3 ah kit because for $50 more u get bigger saw, bigger battery, and 'free' case.
I had to do two different locations because stock was limited, just a note

i got 2 of these tools but with the 15ah battery for $355 each 2 weeks ago. sold the chain saws and chargers, ended up only paying around $300+tax for two 15ah batteries
EDIT: here is the link to the 15ah battery bundle for $355 (after "hack") https://www.homedepot.c
This is the better deal, and the one I pounced on.
Anyone can comment on how this chainsaw compares to 80-82V 20" Greenworks?
It's not 15ah. Its 5ah.

Two obvious things worth pointing out to those new to DeWalt Chainsaws:
Just because it is electric don't forget it still needs bar chain oil! It is still messy to store.
The chainsaw requires a 60 volt FlexVolt battery. The 20 volt battery won't even fit into the battery holder (DeWalt uses tabs to block putting a 20 volt battery in a 60 volt only tool).

The case isn't the best but the main problem is the handle pops out of the holes in the top. Some wire through the handle and case and twisted tight solves the problem, but yes, the case should be water proof and the handle shouldn't pop out as soon as you walk 10' with it. Otherwise it's a standard case. No oil fits in it, but standard sharpeners and such fit.
15ah at 20v (what the battery says)
5ah at 60v (when used in a 60v flexvolt tool)
It is both

Unless you have a fringe case where you NEED the extra oomph and can't carry a 2nd battery, the $294 deal is mathematically better.

the Ah rating dewalt shows on their website is at 60V, but flexvolt batteries can run at 20v and 60v. i use these mostly on 20V tools. i'm only getting these for the batteries.
and yes, they are worth it. it's a massive difference in capacity. 240Wh vs 300Wh
