I've heard my vacuum say "gross" a few times in a Chinese accent when I stood in front of its camera naked.
I can't comment on the QRevo but I bought a refurb L10S Ultra on eBay a month ago. I've been pleased with it's performance on carpet and hard surfaces. The dirty water from the mop is quite amazing. Definitely has helped us keep our tile floors cleaner. It's worked well with our carpets. Self empty has been flawless. We have 3 cats and it's performed well with cat hair.
My refurb unit looked basically brand new.
Also painful to clean compare to my budget OKP robo vacuum. Way too big. Manufactures should compete to make these things as small as possible so it can reach underneath furniture. Most of the features on robo vacuum are useless to me. I just need a basic vacuum that cleans dust.

Awesome. Thanks for the input. My main floor is all hard floors except for a high pile rug that the robot won't go on, and a low rug under my bed. The L10SU should work great based on your feedback. I was a little bummed seeing this deal a couple hours after I placed my order, but I like the idea of having the camera for object avoidance, as I have a dog and a cat.

Just make sure the space is well lit during operation for the object avoidance. I ran mine at night a couple times and it got jammed up on a couple small things left on the floor. Haven't had an issue during the day or with the lights on. The camera just doesn't work well in the dark, which comes as no surprise.
I bought the S8 Pro Ultra last deal and it is a good buy. The product looks brand new to me but did missing the mop pad. I email them and got the response the same day. The mop shows up like within a week on my email. Also, I can't connect the with the Roborock app at the beginning then I found some small prints saying if you have this issue, try to connect with xiaomi home app. Follow that and magic happen. Since then I don't have any problem with it anymore. I also deleted the xiaomi home app. I definitely recommend this and wifey love it saving her some mopping time. Happy wife happy life.
Add the refurb on eBay sold directly from Dreame (listed for $459) to your cart and they will send you an offer for $439. YMMV but I saw someone mention the would do this and they did for me as well, although my offer was $10 cheaper than theirs.
For roborock model recommendations, I would honestly do the Q5 as the best budget (when on sale). Plus (+) if you want an auto empty dock which I do recommend. Has no mopping features but has as good of a suction as the upgraded Q7. Docks are the same from Q5+ all the way to the S8+ I believe (Pure Dock). If you really care about vacuum (or you need better high pile carpet performance), I would go with the S8 due to the dual rollers. If you want mopping, I would go with a dock that has mopping features. The q revo is probably the most budget one and this is a good deal. I have an S8+ that has good mopping. According to rtings, my model should be similar to the q revo in mopping. I would prefer two passes to fully clean a floor so it would need a mop capable dock to do so. Mop docks would be the "Ultra" models or the q revo.
Unfortunately, the left side of the front bumper does not bounce back fully. This causes errors when the robot is cleaning. I've reached out to the seller. Hopefully they'll send a replacement.
