You might be able to buy a AA USB battery holder and connect it up, but why would you want to?
The holders are about $5 and require 4 AA batteries to get the proper voltage. That adds up quick.
If anything, get a rechargeable battery pack meant for smartphones for $10 and call it a day.

It doesn't blow me away. Not really strong, the rotating head I thought would be osculating left and right, but you can only manually tilt up and down.
I have a no-name product here which I can't imagine I paid much more for and it is way stronger, has a built in light and the battery is similar sized. I believe 10Ah.
