A certain popular cb site is offering 10% cb on purchases from dell.com until midnight est. Also, amex is offering select American Express Cardholders either $40 Statement Credit back on $200+ or $120 Statement Credit back $599+ for Dell purchases.
At $750 this is already the cheapest I've seen a 4070ti super 16gb (they're normally closer to $800 on sale), so if you stack cb and have an amex offer available this is a very good deal.

Is there a restocking fee for returns? Does Dell provide free returns? I ordered Powercolor 7900XTX from Walmart and would like to compare this with 7900xtx. I have $120 off Amex offer.
I have Samsung 57" and I play Forza 5. With 4090 I got around 110 FPS at Extreme settings and with 7900xtx I got around 85 FPS when I tested a month ago with Gigabyte 4090 OC and Sapphire Nitro 7900xtx.

I came here to say this exactly! Been tracking the price of the PNY 4080 Super ($1030) and this 4070 TI Super (was $830 as of yesterday). I have my $120 statement credit on any $599 purchase. I also tried the cash back. If I get the cash back great! If I don't, it's still an $800 card anywhere else for $600 which means you are getting the 4070 TI Super for basically 4070 Super pricing. Also they do have the 4070 Super for $600 so if you get the cash back and have the statement credit, should put a 4070 Super right at about $420 which is a steal. For me the 4070 Super wasn't enough of an upgrade on my 3080….

Not sure what FPS I will get with 4070 Ti Super.
PNY has horrendous support and is known to fight consumers for any RMA. I'm not sure how it is now, but they have been this way 2 years ago. Also why are you looking at this card if you already have the best cards in the market?
"Graphic & Video Cards" are a subcategory under "Accessories" on dell's website. I also know from experience that dell specifically doesn't apply military discount to gpus because they're considered accessories.
In my experience dell will do their best to screw you on cashback. I only got 5% when buying a graphics card on a 12% day. the cashback site wouldn't budge since they didn't get paid enough.
Last time I tried to order a graphics card on sale 6 months ago from Dell, they kept leading me on for 2 months that it would eventually ship. Ended up needing to cancel after numerous escalations
Last post on this card got a lot of love. Wondering why this post isn't receiving the same attention.
Because the other post had the 4070 (I think, there are way too many 4070 variations now) for ~$500, which was a much more attractive deal than the Ti Super
