Civivis are really nice knives. It's the budget line of WE knives (premium) and the whole company has a stellar reputation. This is not any Chinese knife manufacturer.

I own top end knives in the $200+ range. Decided to get a knife for my dad who doesn't carry one and went with an elementum. I was impressed with the quality for the price. He's had it for a few years now and gets anxiety now when it's not in his pocket because he uses it everyday. I say all of this to say I don't think you can go wrong with one.

Civivi is a quality product. It's not cheap Chinese garbage. Like he said, it is the much more budget line of WE knives. I own over 5 WE/Civivi blades. The QSP penguin is top 10 best quality to blade value on the market today imo for $38.
