In the past I've worn a vest while mowing the lawn. Once again, goofy, I know. But when life is busy and you are in a rut, accomplishing 2 things at once can be a great motivator.
edit - the first one was nicely stitched and soft, however the two recent ones seem to have that particular spot melted together instead of sewn in nicely

For $15 if it's not the best that's fine. Heck you can't really find the weight for that cost, so if I end up getting a better vest later I already have 20lbs!
