Also, 4070 vs 4060 (15% improvement)
Much better ram 6000mhz vs 4800mhz
The CPU are similar performance wise.

A lot of personal preference, but I asked a similar question recently and a lot of people prefer the Lenovo machines for toughness/service. If you're a Costco member, I'd also recommend checking out what they have there since he'll have a longer window to try it out and see if it works for him (90 day return policy).
