If you don't have a PS5, what do you care about the PS5 version and it having the DLC or not? You basically can ONLY play the game with this PS4 version. A PS5 version of the game would mean you cannot play it all.
So to recap: if you have a PS4 only, you need this version. You won't be able to play the DLC. If you have a PS5, you can buy this PS4 version and play the PS5 version for free.
The only situation that this DLC info matters is for someone who wants to play the game AND the DLC and doesn't own a PS5 and will never own a PS5. So yes, then you are just shit out of luck and shouldn't play the game at all if it is either DLC or nothing. For literally anyone else who wants to play the game, this PS4 version is what you need.
I didn't downvote him, but I can see why people would since it appears misleading.
tl;dr, this PS4 version is exactly what anyone who wants to play the game should buy whether for PS4 or PS5.
