Calm down - no sense comparing to a protein shake you can make at home 😂 This is something wrapped so you can take it with you 🤦 ♂️

Anyway, I ordered them last week, and got them. They don't taste good at all, FYI.

I bought these at Costco. They are filling as a Keto snack but have a horrible texture. It is like dirt with coconut oil gluing it together. If you slightly warm them in the microwave, it is better. I keep them at work when I am really hungry.

The mint ones are ok but super greasy. Macros are shitty. Better off eating Pure Protein bars that are cheaper and taste better.
