Seems to be a good deal. I prefer the self emptying ones but my shark doesn't mop. I may use this just for mopping purposes. Added a 3 year warranty for $10. Hard not to lose at this price while adding the warranty.

I can't vouch for this model, but I have one from Ecovac (deebot) that seems similar and does a decent job on my hardwood floor. Mine doesn't have lidar either and it just kinda goes wherever it wants, but picks up a lot of dog hair and crumbs. Don't expect Dyson quality vacuum jobs

I'm mostly just looking for something that can vacuum downstairs at night and pick up all the dog hair that I typically only have time to vacuum myself once a week. Mopping would be awesome though and this price is definitely tempting... Can you not create a path for it? What happens if it runs into something? 😂

We have mixture of hardwood/tile and rugs.....how does that work. Don't need any spritzing of the rug?

They have bumpers and when they hit stuff they'll back up and turn.

I had a cheap Eufy vacuum for years and it eventually left marks on some of my stuff like my floorstanding speakers, so I don't think I'll get another one like it.

Looks like no mapping. Just cleans in straight parallel lines. From amazon reviews, mop doesn't avoid carpet. Probably doesn't have any sensor to differentiate between floor type.
