I have this fridge. A major downside of the fridge is that it has leveling legs in the front which means if you want to pull it out to clean the coils you have to lift it up quite a bit to pull it out. It also has had some mysterious rattling sounds from the compressor from time to time but nothing that is really annoying. Overall it is much quieter than my old 20 year old fridge I had previously.

The interior top shelf is a pretty crappy design also with a thin aluminum or metal rail with very little support underneath. If you want to put something heavy on the top shelf, it is best to put it at the sides as it will flex in the middle.

The accuracy of the temp in the pull out drawer isn't very accurate. If it is on deli meats or whatever, sometimes when I pull stuff out it is frozen.

Price was changing to $1891 when adding to cart, although the main page stated $1749. Tried two differnt computers with the same results. Chat did not help at all. After 20 mins with them, they told me to refresh.. and now the page reflects the new price. They told me it was a chaching issue which makes no sense as I tried a different computer after failing on the first one... their site obviously updates the cart's prices before updating the main page; ridiculous.

It's the absolute worst refrigerator I've ever owned! Customer service is garbage, the warranty is nit honored by any local companies. When you mention the brand, the repair company says nevermind. The fridge we had, flooded the basement twice as the water/ice maker malfunctioned and froze up. The water came out of the bottom and ran through the register vent. The bickering with customer service for 6 months was unreal! We finally received a refund after 10 months, had to use small fridge in the garage, when Home Depot delivered our new fridge (not Samsung) they did not want the old fridge knowing Samsung cannot make a refrigerator to save their life! Look it up how many complaints they have! Easy to find on your favorite search engine. Samsung stove is fine, microwave has a mind of its own! Never again will I purchase appliances from this company!

I was able to get the stainless steel down to
$1187 before tax using EPP, $150 trade in, and 5% referral coupon. Blue/white glass combo was about $100 more Must use the Samsung app, as I could not reproduce on PC.

I never understand the algorithm running behind Samsung discount. But it seems to me the discount depends on what link you clicked, even though it the same product. They also cap or have a limit on how much discount you can get.
Some tips:
- Play around with the configuration, offers, bundles, etc, then remove what you don't want.
- Remove discount that you don't need (i.e: hall away old fridge, install, .. )
- Using Samsung Shop app
I was able to get the white at $1300 from the app. Pretty sweet deal.

Same here. Well a year and a half now but 0 issues. There was a review someone did on YouTube recently about the Bespoke fridge and he said it's actually much better than previous models.

My Kitchen Aid going on 29 years now. I'm dreading the day I have to replace it. It seems like nobody likes any of the brands these days.
