Edit: Also, the S23+ has 256 GB of storage, while the S22+ in this deal has 128 GB.
Trying to get the schedule right. Does this work?
- Monday (Day 0) Buy phone on Walmart website.
- Wednesday (Day 2) Phone arrives with 2-day shipping.
- Wednesday (Day 2) Activate, make a phone call and text.
- Wednesday (Day 2) or Thursday (Day 3) Call Verizon support to cancel service.
- Wait at least 60 days. You can tweak out the phone during this time, trying to uninstall bloatware, setting up an SD card, etc...
- Punch IMEI into https://www.t-mobile.com/resource...-own-phone BYOD checker. It should say the phone is unlocked and good. (It should be unlocked automatically)
- Re-activate on any USA mobile network. I'll probably go with US Mobile (A MVNO for Verizon and T-Mobile).

I have concerns - it says the cash price is $99 (instead of $36) when I click "payment options". If they say that when I try to pay in full, I'll just return the phone.
Risk is in ATT phone which require , sim swap.

After phone is unlocked which only takes 60 days after imei registration. The phone will work just fine on T-Mobile.
