They are functionally equivalent since you can "upgrade" to Win 11 for free. You might even be able to activate Win 11 with a Win 10 key.

ironically when i contacted woot they initially refused to even offer a refund , after several emails back and forth , i got a refund for all keys , be careful i believe these keys are shared between different customer and sold multiple times , please avoid

Please don't give key resellers any money. And while I have your attention, don't give Microsoft any more money either. They're gonna make money off of you using Windows anyways. You don't need to tip them, too.
