Doubt it. The issue is SD/Dealsite effects as their order volume that goes through the roof and most of the items come from distribution centers (after they get rid of some locally stored items).
Its just that people go shop the only dealer listed and so everyone shops from them; what I am saying if there are other dealers who are running the same sale so post them if they are competitive and people should shop them. If you want your order in a timely manner that is haha.

Saved a lot more than 25% buying online and I do it a lot. No need to rush to buy. I order (at a significant discount) and pick up at the parts counter OR have shipped to site.

As others have said, if you can find another participating Southeast dealership in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina or South Carolina, you might be better off.
Dealerships are independently owned and operated. In order to find out if dealership participates in the promotion you would have to look online or call the dealership.

Picked up a new Rack&Pinion for $361.
The key was to search for all dealers in a 4 states (MS, AL, GA, FL) to find the cheapest sale price. Then, surprise(!) 25% off that!
The same lowest price was seen in AL, GA, and FL. YMMV
However if you check out the online parts stores of your local high volume Toyota dealers, in almost all cases they already give you a whopping discount off list just for ordering online. And 2 dealers near me have "Spring Parts Sale Campaigns" and offer an additional 5% off coupon code for ordering before the end of the month
Example:
The dealers in this 25% off promotion are peddling RAV4 rotors at full list, and applying the -25% discount to that, making them $73.43 a pop.
My local dealer's every day regular online price is $63.36
- 5% Spring Savings coupon
= $60.19 ......which is actually cheaper than pre-covid in inflation adjusted dollars (what I was paying in 2019 would be the equivalent of $63.56 today)
