Wow look at this! It's a "gaming computer" that is actually a gaming computer.

This one is tempting. I just priced out the components for a similar build but with 7900 GRE instead of the 4070 Super and x670e board, 2 TB NVMe drive for $1,561 after all discounts on Newegg. This is close and would require no effort on my part.

Any ideas how this compares to this Costco deal?

I am really looking for a decent gaming machine that is quieter and cooler than my current setup. If anyone has this one what is the sound and heat like.

This seems kind of pricey for a 4070S; 7800x3d bundles are like $550 but i suppose it's if you even have a micro center to go to in the first place

This isn't a bundle... it's a complete PC.

Yeah if got the $500 Microcenter 7800x3d bundle and with the 4070 Super $538 newegg 15% builder bundle last week with SSD and Cooler you could build it cheaper.

Just be aware, cyber power does not stand behind their products if there is a problem. Customer support will loop you for a year and then say "sorry it's no longer supported". Personal experience, leadership there is a joke. No escalation.

I built this out as custom via AAFES's Exchange marketplace gateway to CyberpowerPC. It comes out to $1,524 with slightly different case because I could not find that one.

But, if someone wanted to tweak it, was Exchange shopping eligible, and did not mind the wait, there's no sales tax at the exchange.

(Look for it in the marketplace link at the top)

With a 7800X3D and 4070 Super, they would have to work really hard for it not to be.
That processor is first or second best in gaming and also insanely power efficient. It's not even going to break 80 watts in 99% of gaming situations.
4000 series coolers are extremely overbuilt. They run cool and quiet in general.

Just ordered one, only because i was lookin for a desktop w/ AMD x3d cpu but with a 4070 series gpu that had the best price, otherwise would've went w/ Costco. Unfamiliar and skeptical about quality of this brand but if costco does business with them I guess I can too.

Cons:
First time customer at CPPC. I didn't feel confident in their communication and coordination skills from customer service, some staff were monotoned, some you could tell wasn't familiar with computer lingo, others just gave a don't-bother-me vibe when replying when i was only asking straight forward questions. (could just be in my head) Just felt rough around the edges overall, had an uneasy feeling. Normally I'd look the other way but i guess it's the combination of it all. But l guess this ain't a large scale company, maybe that's how it is.

Pros:
You do get a log emailed to u of every chat you had with them although it seems I might be missing a couple. And their order and payment update emails are pretty detailed, accurate, and consistent

Good deal, I think I can build it for slightly less. But then again something to be said about opening a box and having it done for you. Only real gripe is the 12GB GPU wish it had an option for the Ti-Super version (for extra $$$) and the 1TB drive is just too small offer at least 2TB.
My main os drive is only 256gb. I got it when nvme 4 first came out. But I don't feel pinched at all..nothing on it except my os. Four other drives in the system...
