It's intended for smaller rooms but most of the reviews are favorable (on SD, Amazon and Walmart). For this crazy price, I wouldn't hesitate (as it will likely be available only for a short time).
This just arrived today from the last time it was posted a couple days ago. Tested the low and high settings and it really throws the heat. Can't beat it for $11.
One thing to note is that there's not much tip over protection, just overheat protection.
Many space heaters will have a pressure switch on the bottom that turns the unit off if lifted up or knocked over but I picked this one up and held it upside down and it stayed on, no switch was visible externally. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind if you have kids, pets etc.

Valid point, but I believe that the "tip" switches are intended only for larger heaters. These are too small to tip over. With young children and pets present, it shouldn't be used on the floor. There's not only the risk of it being crashed into, but also the risk of burns.

(Nearly) all electric space heaters put out 1500W on high, including this one, so they are all essentially equivalent in heat output.
One thing to note is that there's not much tip over protection, just overheat protection.

It seems to be in and out at the lower price.
