Even at $100 it's meh, because it's made of "Faux PU Leather" or synthetic leather. It may last months or even a year or two, but it will eventually crack or peel.

The fabric one is a decent deal, the faux leather is just a waste of money. Will 100% peel within two years then you have an unsightly recliner that still works

You could try putting cloth cover on these fake leather furniture. The reduction in rubbing could make it last.

never buy faux leather for your actual living room, unless you dont plan on sitting on it and just use it as a prop. In one year it will definitely crack and become discolored. Unless you like throwing away your furniture yearly that is.

Heck, if that is the case. Just sit on it and when it is all cracked up and ashy just throw the cloth on it. Pass on my end on all faux leather.

I wish someone had told me about this fake bonded leather years ago before we spent $1500 on crappy Ashley couches and chairs. The peeling is real. But might be ok as an accent piece or something "disposable" for a kid's room or whatever.
