I have a bunch of Play:1 speakers scattered around the house, all refurbs or open-box. Nothing with a microphone. I thought they were great, and then Sonos started futzing around with their apps - plural - and I haven't been able to use them since.

There are reset procedures you can use to get them set up again and migrate from the old app to the new one. I was able to get rid of my Bridge and the play:1 and beam stream straight off the Internet. If you don't want to futz with it and would like to sell your play:1's, let me know.

Last time bought one arc white color refurbished, there is loosing part in the right or sound bar, you can hear it when shake it, contacted customer support, I asked replacement due to online sold out, no reply in about a week so I just returned it back, and they replied me after 2 weeks telling me I can keep it as it won't effect the sound quality….wtf
Purchased a refurnished Sonos Arc the last time they had a sale and ended up returning it. The soundbar didn't include any accessories (cables) or manual. Also, one end of the soundbar was not fully sealed. It took forever to deal with Sonos' tech and customer support (also, very incompetent). Worst customer service support ever.. I finally got them to send me a replacement and again, received another bad unit with HDMI port issues.. it wouldn't connect to my tv. I ended up sending the unit back for the second time and now waiting to hear back for a full refund. What a waste of my time… just get one from Costco when it goes on sale. I have been dealing with them for over 1.5 months total.. and still waiting. so buy at your own risk.
I had the complete opposite here. It looked brand new. Everything in the box. Been loving it . Still buy at your own risk, but my experience made me come for a one sl pair
