Read their return policy it's very strict. You have only 2 business days to report any damage or errors in order and you pay the return shipping. 7-quart weighs 15.21 lbs.

That is strictly limited too. AMEX isn't a free ride for all of your stupid purchases. Reimbusement limited to $300 per order, $1,000 total in a calendar year. That's IF they approve the return. Choose wisely.

Got my shipment today, I got the cherry color. Nicely packaged, no issues with delivery. There was a tiny nick on the rough edge, likely from the factory other than that it's great.

Free shipping and no tax was a bonus
