I want to like it, as I inherently like about all outdoor cooking devices, but I think I'd just buy a badass wok burner and a griddle or grill instead. It seems to do griddle stuff okay, and being able to do jambalaya or something is cool, but the wok performance didn't look good in videos. I get that it really isn't a wok though.

It's portable/ lightweight design and ability to cook high volumes of food makes me choose this over my 22" Blackstone Adventure Ready I was previously using while camping. Plus, this is more versatile than a flattop griddle, being able to deep fry foods such as chicken wings.

Got mine and used it to make jambalaya. I'm getting rid of my two burner Blackstone. It's night and day difference. Even heat, easy to clean, large surface, stuff isn't going to fall of. I'm thinking of buying a 2nd one for my parents.
