No that's the Underwood Ranch one, there's also a dragon on the label but the label is black, gold dragon. It's very good I really enjoyed it, I found it at my local Costco
Is this the faked schricha???

You can get it on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Underwood-...B0CXVNT9XK

They just started selling the Underwood Sriracha at Costco this past week or so. 2 bottles for $7.99, so basically 1/4 of that Amazon price (or ordering directly from Underwood). It isn't that similar to Huy Fong. Less garlicky and flavorful in general, but more spicy. Decent but not a great replacement imo.

For this price point it's worth trying, I don't really care if huy fong has come back new and improved... When I found out what they did to their supplier, I really didn't feel comfortable buying from them, but I also can't find the Underwood ranch Sriracha anywhere for a reasonable price, so I'm trying out all the reasonably priced ones I can find till I find one I enjoy.

What did they do to their supplier?

What did they do to their supplier?

Long story short, they begged them to massively increase how many peppers they where growing, they made a contract to buy all those peppers, so the supplier invested millions to buy up a ton more farm land and plant an insane amount more plants, when it came time, they reneged on the contract, refusing to purchase the peppers at the last minute, and being that they're a highly perishable, the supplier lost millions because they couldn't sell/use them, then huy fong sued THEM to get back the deposit they made, so they counter sued, huy fong lost...

There's more detail to it, but that's the basics, they screwed them over, then had the audacity to sue them on top of that.

this is the way. tried Pete's version...these jokers made it into a ketchup taste and consistency. wth is wrong with them? terrible! bottom of the barrel. also tried the Roland brand and a few others. nowhere near the real deal.

Yeah we all know about the lawsuit at this point. Underwood is the original chili peppers but doesn't have the original recipe. HF has the original recipe but using a different chili pepper. I still prefer the HF despite the new chili peppers. Underwood's recipe isn't as good.
that and Underwood is a complete ripoff.
