If this is an older model, the graphics card may also be the older RTX 3060 instead.

I received mine today. Also has older processor. It's a Codex R R12NUC5-081US not a Codex R R13NUC5-081US as advertised. Tried contacting QVC and no real help since it shows out of stock. Seems like a listing error.

Yeah, I got the 12th gen CPU with a 4060 as well. In terms of the value, the 4060 saves the deal. But it is still not what was advertised.

This is my first-ever purchase from QVC. How is their return process? What are the options for possibly getting a partial refund?
