Warranty is super easy with Melnor and quick. I bought a 2 way valve for my spigot and one day the thing just broke off. I uploaded my receipt from Menards and sent a picture of the broken one and had a new one in 4 or 5 days. No back and forth or calls. One email from me and one back from them confirming replacement was on the way.

I've gotten two hose nozzle replacements under warranty and no receipt was even needed. Just sent them a picture of it. The rotating stream selector has a rubber gasket in it that just doesn't hold up and leaks over time. Melnor stands by their warranty and they make it 100% hassle-free.

I can't speak to their warranty first-hand, but this brand is the only brand of nozzles I've had hold up in the long run, including all the abuse young kids give to stuff like this outside.
