Say you load this thing full of stuff, load it in the wagon, then wheel it to your car. You can then take the tray out, put it in your car, fold up the wagon, and put it in your car too. Drive to your destination, unload the wagon, plop try full of stuff back inside. This saves you having to unload and re-load all the crap that's in the tray individually, instead you move it as a batch

I bought a couple last time for my trunk. They were not a sturdy as I expected because the corners zip up and nothing in the center as a division, which makes sense because it is intended for wagon use.

For the price it is fine. I had bought this trunk organizer years ago for $16 but obviously much more expensive. Basically to keep things from rolling around.

I was thinking it would be nice to put in the wagon to keep it more toddler proof. Ice creams, pizza, popcorn and carnivals mean the wagon has to be cleaned very frequently. This may be easier to clean.
