Google AI says: "Yes, lenders can consider immigration status when underwriting loans, and visa holders may be considered more risky than citizens. This is because immigration status can correlate with national origin, which is protected under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA). Lenders can consider immigration status to assess their rights or remedies to recover funds, or if otherwise required to comply with other laws. For example, if a visa expires and the borrower must leave the country, the lender would be unable to recover the balance due on a loan."

I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

Automakers over produced because demand was super high = EVs are going away for good 😂😂

Charging networks are ever expanding and upgrading.

Not sure if you are trolling or what lol
Yeah, because of covid tho? People didn't have a choice, so they bought EVs because they were the only ones left due to production slowdowns. Now, consumers are more hesitant because paying at a charging station is just as much as gas if not more. It's only worth it if you charge at home. People paid 60-70k for model Ys, then Tesla dropped them to 40-50k otd. Government mandated laws for EVs = EVs are more popular? Na LOL. Hybrids are superior you have two options. Tell me how can EV be the future when cobalt/lithium runs out? Not to mention how environmentally damaging it is. Imagine being on a high horse

Yep, electric is really going downhill these days quickly. Will be surprised to see EVs last much longer. Even the charging networks are falling apart too.

Thank goodness many of us stuck with gas all this time.
You probably still have a flip phone due to technical complexities of a smart phone. Imagine no numbered hard keys on those new iphone/android devices. Lol

If electric works for your driving habits, it's leagues better than driving gas. (For me at least - I have an ev and gas car)

Biggest issues are
1 price - which is getting better especially post COVIDflation amd more used driving down price more.

2 political and business agendas of either stripe in the US constantly trying to sway opinion for their own purposes

3 overzealous ev proponents mandating everything and generating resentment by those they seek to mandate.

Biggest issue is political agenda people (ev people saying

When are those beautiful Chinese EV's for $10,000 going to enter the USA market? I mean, that is a price virtually everyone can afford. And if every American switching to EV's is super important to slow/stop the doom of climate change, then our government will want us all to have access to those cheap EV's right? RIGHT?
My friend, Tik Tok is banned now. Chinese EVs won't ever be sold in the USA.

Hyundai is by far and away the leading EV maker in the industry. Wouldn't take a chance with any other brand.
