I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

I got the SE deal a month ago in California. The reason this deal is only really applicable to Colorado is because they still have really good State EV incentives that's passed on to the lease holder along with the Federal EV tax rebate and dealer cash. You're not going to match this deal in other States.

25 yrs ago when I first bought my car on visa and applied for a car loan they asked me to get a citizen to cosign. They did not change the loan terms or deny me outright. Seems like this dealer or their finance department does not have enough experience

I have this car older model. Insurance is slightly more than my previous ice probably due to this car cost being double that of my ice.
