I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

That said, I thought Ioniq 5 N (the performance version was quite interesting) in the reviews I saw. Not that I would switch yet because I still have features that I like on my MYP but Ioniq 5 N is what I would seriously consider if I was in the market for Fast-ish SUV EV so I assumed the regular version would be decent too.

OP attached his sales details... I'm not sure what you are trying to prove? Taxes are really what hurts this deal, but can't do anything about the desire to tax the middle class up the ass. $1400 on $4600 total, and then tags will probably be killer too.
