My question is whether it will actually be $225/mo.
BTW, taxes/fees add up to $3k hand written on a piece of paper so when I tried to inquire about details and a detailed printout to see the details, the guy said he did not have time to educate me and a printout will not be printed until we agree on a deal.

That's why upfront payments on leases are a bit risky
first was a leaf (~10 years ago)
then a bolt (~7 years ago)
finally bought a e golf ~5 years ago
did M2M month ($99) leaf.
1 pay on bolt (not sure but i think it was $4k OTD)
when doing the 1 pay,
this concern of what happens if car is in accident, stolen etc did come up.
decided it was "worth the risk" as long as the accident was not my fault
(0 accidents in last 10+years)
i will admit to not knowing as much as i should on the EXACT minute difference
between 1-pay and M2M. (other than the cost difference)
having said that:
should u be in a M2M and you "loose the car".
I would expect u to be responsible for the remaining lease term as well.
right?
