These credits usually show up on any future order sold by Amazon directly (no third party) and don't appear in a giftcard balance.

So if you got the $32 credit and did a future order of $40 worth of Amazon sold items, it would instantly take off the credit leaving you with the balance of $8.

I screenshotted everything too and have never had a problem with these deals, but agree with another post that something seems off here as this is too good of a deal.

I purchased some tide pods 112 count not too long ago and got credited the $20 on this gain one. Took about a couple days after arrival.

Deal could entirely be as they planned but could be some type of coding error and since it is Sunday nobody is around to catch it? One would think Amazon would have tools to catch they are selling a TON of laundry stuff today and flag someone to look at the deals.
