As of 5/3/24, still never received an email from Amazon, nor was the promotional credits applied. Spoke with a CS rep who seemed to have been dredged up from the pits of outsourced 3rd world labor hell.
He first tried to convince me that the $15 coupon applied to the order WAS the $32 in promotional credits I was entitled to. Then when I explained that it wasn't, he tried to pivot and stated that I wasn't eligible because the $32 could only be applied to products shipped and sold on Amazon, and the Gain detergents were not. Literally had to explain to him how Amazon promo credits worked, and that they are awarded AFTER the purchase for FUTURE purchases. Then after all that, he tried to make it seem like I was crazy and stated that the promo credits were already on my account. Had to tell him once again it wasn't because I could very clearly see this when I added any item shipped and sold by Amazon to my cart and proceed to checkout.
I've dealt with a fair share of Amazon CS reps over the years, but this one really seemed like he came from the bottom of the barrel. He eventually just disconnected instead of trying to figure the situation out and helping me, prompting me to just request a supervisor. The supervisor then asked me a clarifying question, and before I could type out the response, DISABLED the chat window! I swear they do this just to avoid a ding on their feedback score.
Had to reconnect a second time, request ANOTHER supervisor, and ask them to review the extensive chat history which now had been deleted from my logs when I scrolled up. Turns out, he didn't even see any of the chat history anymore on his side, as it was just wiped out. Wound up crediting me $15 of the $32 owed, and then stating I needed to reach out again in a few days as there was a technical issue on their end.
Literally the worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with through Amazon CS.
Credits coming in after exactly 30 days from delivery date, be aware the credits has August 25th as expiration date.

Key is the credit can only be used for Amazon sold items. So make sure to check that if you do not see the credit applying.
