You're going to believe one random uncredited review when the third pic of the product clearly shows the zipper and foam access.

That zipper isn't for foam access. Only access to the bag that holds the foam. I've had a bunch of shredded memory foam pillows and none of them have had easy access to the actual foam inside.

Considering the 3rd pic looks photoshopped (probably only to show you what's on the inside), I sure wouldn't believe it.

If you need further proof, the description doesn't mention that you can add or remove the memory foam cubes or that it's adjustable.

One the of the reviews states there is no zipper to add or remove foam. Makes it a pass for me.

Have fun when you find out that's just to remove the pillow cover. Customer pictures make that very clear. That picture is just edited to show you what's inside the bag inside the cover.

Idk about this- but FYI, I bought cooling pillows from a brand called SleepCoco and I've replaced all my pillows with SleepCoco one's. They're A LOT more expensive but incredible and worth it IMO- made in USA and the quality is top notch even after having washed them dozens of times. I've bought them as gifts for family and they're all so in love with them.
