How much better is the "Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675, 2x2, 802.11ax, Bluetooth" compared to other WiFi cards?

A review says the RAM cannot be upgraded after purchase. Is that true? Seems odd.

Is the CPU i7 or i9? The picture shows i9.
I7, as mentioned in the title and description,

Absolute performance wise, probably yes but it also runs hotter and uses more electricity faster.

It's true. It's soldered onto the motherboard - it really is a shame because the X16 is pretty slick outside of this. With this in mind to keep this future proof I feel like you'd have to go with a 32GB model and of course those aren't the ones on super sale.

LPDDR5 6000MT/s. Chips on the board, not on modules. But they're really fast. You'd probably need to see if they can do a CTO/BTO for 32gb. In the link, there are two "motherboard" choices:
  1. i7 + 16gb + 4070
  2. i9 + 32gb + 4080
choosing any of the options for motherboard 1 or 2 changes all 3 motherboard-linked options.

Soldered RAM on this laptop for the original listing price is CRAZY. A bit more palatable at this sale price but still not preferable.

It'll be crisper and seems that the color reproduction is the same. Oh and you lose the cherry keys, if that's important

Just beware, that only RTX4070 + Mechanical keyboard will have best build quality. Otherwise, plastic part will be used (from Dell website):
Quote :
Full metal chassis — engineered with anodized aluminum and magnesium alloy
Available on configurations with NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4080 and above or configurations with NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4070 and the CherryMX ultra-low-profile mechanical keyboard.
