I'll tell you tomorrow . Bought one. Figure $20 couldn't hurt. My mattress is fairly old anyway.

So I just got it about an hour ago. It says to let it roll out and expand for a day or two but honestly it looks like the shape is already normal and fully expanded. I haven't put my mattress cover or sheets on it yet. I have laid on it. It's nothing amazing but for $20 it makes my decade old mattress feel much better. I'm sure it pales in comparison to a high dollar topper but if you're just looking to add some extra comfort this seems worth it.

are these "cooling gel" toppers actually cool? Or just cool for a little bit then get warm like any other memory foam?

Got mine in yesterday and it's a no brainer for under $25. It's a good quality topper, if you're cool with it being 2 inches. Mine didn't come in a serta bag but it was in a serta box with the cel wrap. No discoloration but according to the booklet it comes with that's because of oxidation and is harmless besides being visually unappealing. Can't really speak to how long it will last before the foam isn't as bouncy but if I get even 6 months out of it I'll be happy with the purchase.

mine was in brown box, beat to crap. Did NOT say Serta anywhere on box or product. Discolored yellow foam cheaply wrapped in cellophane. what a waste, looks like bait n switch or else factory seconds/old stock/returns? requested a return and replacement. second arrived just the same as first, brown box nothing saying Serta with discolored foam wrapped in cellophane again. these companys customer service and ethics are ridiculous anymore. Bring back good ole american values this country started on when mom n pop owned these places. big business only cares about profits not customers or quality anymore.

I ordered two of these. One came in a serta box but it was still wrapped in the cellophane. It did have the serta bag but no documentation was inside the box. The other topper was rap around in cellophane the same way but was put in a plain brown box. Box was bulging and you can't even get the thing out of the box without cutting it open. Makes me wonder if either one of these are serta mattress toppers.

Fold it in half or thirds and put inside a huge contractor trash bag. Tape the opening closed, leaving a very small opening. Make sure it's otherwise airtight. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck it the air and the mattress will shrink again. While it's shrinking, roll it up. The deflated mattress with retain the rolled shaped after all the air is removed. Put into a big box and get it shipped.

We bought a king for a twin bed. We first tried folding it in half for a 4" topper. Way too plush/soft. We going to return to our original plan and cut it to fit a twin bed. Then we'll use the extra to make pillows, cushions and leg rest.

Have slept on my new 2" topper for 5-6 nights now....love it. It's not too soft or too firm for me. I replaced an old non memory foam topper with this one. It's much better.
