Last good SC deal was moto edge 2022. I got 3.
My only deals outlet now is Samsung.com trade in deals. Here's hoping for a great mid-cycle deal like they did for the S23U. I got mine + Tab S9 + watch & earbuds for less than $400!

Google's website is giving $55 for trade in based on condition. I'm assuming I'd get either the same, or none, via this trade in offer on T-Mobile.
Since the phone still works, should I just hang on until the Pixel 8 comes out and the 7/7a goes on sale more often? Or should I look at another budget phone/get a used phone?
My phones have been pretty simple over the years, last 2 have been the Pixel 5a and a Moto G5 plus (bought in 2017). If this screen hadn't cracked, I'd probably be looking to get another 2 years out of it.

Many reports of phones being rejected for screen issues on T-Mobile, include dead pixel blobs...so I wouldn't;t risk it myself.

The only hiccup I encountered after using the hotline (which they may have fixed already since it's been a year) was my $75 Costco upgrade gc was rejected by the rebate system. 1 call to the rebate team and they credited the $75 to my T-mobile account. So something to keep an eye out if you do upgrade through the hotline.
