I think this is reflected in the price, but 400 charge cycles is very unlikely.
I looked into getting a graphene compatible phone a while back, but I honestly don't remember much more than that
That's done at a lower software level. Graphene is, basically everything that Andriod had promised us and some of the Linux spinoffs have tried to do.

I looked at the rest of the deals and 'unlocked' (any ATT compatible network - I think that's everyone in the us but VZN) are about $150-$200 more. It's just what the costs are at.
If you want one of these unlocked, cheapest is going to be a bit lower quality but on swapa or something like that.
