Ran CAT6 to every room in my house when I moved in, steel tape was far better.

You are kidding, get $15 tape or $10 HF sticks. This set is for a pro electrician to do EMT conduit. Tape does wonders for insulated walls if you have openings on both sides

HF $9 fiberglass pole set is amazing for the price. I make a wire hanger loop bent into a gradual 90 that I tape on the end that allows me to walk the pole left and right by rotating the pole. I have run 60+ foot runs around corners in offices on drop ceilings with out dropping tiles just by walking it and using the loop to jump the obstacles. They are thin, light and flexible. Not too useable for what you are doing.
Inside insulated walls with or without craft paper I prefer a flat metal tape run against the drywall. It is very easy to keep them against the drywall and direct them left and right as the tape will not bend in that direction. They are the fish that is most likely to get stuck in a wall. It is very easy to jam them in between a metal stud and drywall or for them to get caught at a metal junction.
Wireless is always an option...

This has to be the absolute dumbest defense I have ever seen.
You were told by a pro why fiberglass is a better choice, yet you feel the need to come back with a ridiculous statement.
Just so you know for the future, it is not the volts that kill you, it is amps, or current flow, So your "I've been hit by 120 many times" means nothing as it is only the potential difference.
It only takes milliamps to stop a heart, I think 100, so if you think you can survive 15 amps before a breaker blows, good luck.
If the mouse causes a short, the breaker will pop, that is what they are there for.
