There are only two differences: Black tickets cost more, and Yellow tickets cannot be used in CA, NY, or NJ.
Black tickets are the premiere ticket type available if you live in California, New York, or New Jersey. If you live in any other state, you should get the yellow ticket!

Not really sure how iron-clad their contract is, but might be a bit of a headache to try and go through to protect your credit if you try doing something like that.
