False. Hersheys contains 11% cacao. Anything above 10% can by law be labeled chocolate.

Unlike a LOT of other Hershey's chocolate products These still taste good if they get melted during delivery.

28 cents an oz. Little better deal than the 36 count 1.55oz bars a couple of days ago.

fwiw, I was pricing Hershey chocolate at Sams club yesterday and they're at 59 cents per ounce so this is a good deal for chocoholics.
