FYI: If you fail the identity check or identity verification at the end of the ordering process, they will not refund the charge automatically because this happened to me twice already. You have to dispute the charge. They normally refund the charge immediately with an unsuccessful order, but not with failing the ID check at the end of the ordering process.

Will FedEx deliver the package correctly if you put Floor 1 in the address line 2 when your home is a single family with 2 stories or 1 story?

Is that a charge or just an auth? Usually it's authed, then either drops off or becomes a charge. So could it just be taking a few days to fall off even if they didn't explicitly reverse it?

My two are in pending. One was May 5th and the other was yesterday. I asked both credit card companies today and they said these two will be posted later on and they havent seen credit yet. I will let you know.

I used VPN with NY state and lower case my name with different phone number & credit cards and adding Floor 1 (this is very important) to address line 2. The result is I almost got 2 tablets, but I failed on the identity verification on the last step of the ordering process. 😄😄😄

I just changed my email, but I did that before and it still got denied. This time it didn't, so idk what happened. Maybe, I gave it 5 days before ordering a new one? Before I kept trying and trying when my order got canceled. They still haven't refund my $120 back to my bank, yet.

Did you use VPN, Floor 1 on the address line 2, and different credit card?
