Can anyone tell me what "Fallout 4 - Creations" ($4.99) on Steam is? There is also a "Fallout 4 - Creation Kit" (Free). It appears I have all the other DLC.

It's basically a premium mod store. Paying money for mods is only a little strange compared to paying money just to be able to see what's available and then use special currency to actually get them. It's basically a premium mod store. Paying money for mods is only a little strange compared to paying money just to be able to see what's available and then use special currency to actually get them. If your new, do what this guy does in first 10 minutes outside vault for a great start

Also if you have a newer system, go into nvidia control panel and add fallout4 executable and limit the fps to 60fps or else it will crash

This is a pretty old game, but not potato level. 5600g can play it on medium-low settings at 1080p. Something like a RX 470 (lots of cheap ex-miners out there) can play mostly high.

ARC cards seem to run this game reasonably well if you picked up a A380.

Yeah, lots of thing break if you don't limit your framerate to 60 FPS.
