I just moved this past February and my new place offered ATT Fiber. After being a long time Cox gigablast customer I was ready to save some money. From my experience my fiber has been 100% rock solid. I have the 1Gbps service and average ~1250mbps down and 1280mbps up.
I found $250 in gift cards for signing up back when I signed up. Although I never got a nofication to redeem the card i was able to find the webpage and redeem the cards without any issues. $250 arrived within a week or two of redeeming the card on their site so I am a happy camper all around.
Just as a PSA their included gateway is fine, but didn't have great range, but I route my wireless traffic thru my Asus AX86U for the better wireless performance.
I ordered online with the Edge browser where I use Microsoft cashback and today I got a notification that there was a $150 bonus MS cashback for completing my order in Edge.
"You've earned $150.00

Many places have these cash back bonus offers including Capitol one and others. The problem is in their terms of the offer they usually say not valid with the AT&T Visa card offers so I have my doubts you would get both. This has at least been my experience.

Damn! 1GB upload and download! Sometimes it takes me 5 hours to upload a 20 min game film using Tmobile 5G service.
Lol They're only offering me a $60 plan for 18Mbps down and 2Mbps up. What is this 2003 DSL?
That is because Fiber is not available at your resident. Which among many other faces too. I have AT&T Fiber 1GB for the past 5 years. My bill has went up $5 just 2 months ago. Now, AT&T is raising my bill again another $5 unless I change my payment to debit or checking account with paperless. Already, had paperless and auto monthly charge before the $5 increase 2 months ago. AT&T are trying to save pennies on millions of profits to stop paying for credit card fees. I don't know what to do besides to dangle along for the time being and keep using AT&T Fiber. Only available internet service is Xfinity (shitter company). Lesser of two evils in some ways.
Here in Bay Area (CA), Xfinity has their $19.99 for 1 or 2 year deal at 200mbps. I complained it was slow at my house so they adjusted me to 300 at no charge.

I put mine in pass through mode so I could use my TP-Link AX3000 mesh system, using this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/ATTFiber...wn_r
