[So-Many-Deals: Thanks for that. Not one person thanked or even said which place they're purchasing from. It's even available on eBay from HP Direct for $150.]

In going through the very few review comments, some commented about driver issues, speakers, camera not always being on, but they likely all got resolved by changes in settings, power timeout settings, driver updates, firmware updates, etc. I'm not happy with HP's speed of driver or firmware updates (compared to Dell), but hopefully no future windows releases will present problems. One doesn't have to worry about the basic screen working, but there are opportunities for problems presented by the integrated additional components (mic, speakers, camera, hub ports).
I have 2 of these monitors and just ordered 2 more for my spouse's workstation.

It's a rare to find a 24" 1440p with refresh rate over 60 Hz. (This one is 90 Hz) So even though the PPI isn't as great as a 4k, it's going to be much better than 24" 1080p or the common 27" 1440p.

I use them for office work and light gaming. No Nvidia G sync or AMD free sync, but I haven't noticed any tearing. Granted, I only occasionally play FPS.

The webcam is decent and the speakers are usable (they aren't tinny sounding, but are a bit soft). The mic is fine. I haven't tried the ethernet as my dock has an ethernet port.

My one complaint is the webcam pop-in and pop-out sometimes makes the camera not detected. Therefore, I just leave it popped out all the time.
$124.55 with EPP discount at HP.com.

In for 2. Insane specs for the price.

EDIT: QHD on 24" is gorgeous. This is an excellent example of a "nook and cranny" monitor or something that can be kept discreetly in a living area when you don't want the home office big screens.

My first experience with this size/resolution was the Samsung USB-C Model 24" Viewfinity. I returned it because it had a splotchy AR coating.

I'm not really sure what else to answer, you need a computer to make this thing a computer.

I received my monitor today and the damn vesa mount included doesn't even line up with the screw holes on the monitor and doesn't lay flat on it

Attach the monitor stand to the monitor, face the monitor down, now angle the monitor stand down towards the ground as far as you can go.

Then remove the monitor stand, and remove the plastic nub with the 2 screws, as the instructions say. The vesa plate will line up better. You may have to re-attach the nub and the the monitor stand multiple times angling it slightly differently each time to get the hole to line up properly.

It takes finnesse, but rest assured that the vesa mount will work with the monitor.

Just arrived yesterday. Connected via USB-C to my laptop, everything works great. Image quality is excellent, speakers are surprisingly decent, webcam is good as well. One cable for everything. I love that this allows a really clean setup - one power cable to the monitor and USB-C to the laptop, that's it. Controls are intuitive.

Trying to update HP firmware and cannot get past camera update stage. It complains that "Camera is not detected. Please ensure the monitor webcam is raised …."
Well, webcam is raised and it works when I test it under PC settings. Also the mic is not shown in hardware setting. Does anyone know how to get around these issues? I use a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect my laptop to monitor, OS is Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2. TIA.

Got one for $130 to use for my WFH ssetup. Been wanting a 1440p monitor for a while and this is perfect. Didn't want a UW aspect monitor bc sharing my screen would be annoying to others with typical monitors. Like everyone says, excellent image quality and speakers are good. The built in usb-c docking station itself is worth it alone. One less outlet to deal with and less cables. My only complaint is where the menu buttons are. It's in the back so reaching for it is kind of a pain to change inputs.

Bought another one to replace the another monitor in my dual setup.

These arrived and I'm contemplating sending them back.
Image quality is just OK (well - I suppose it's good for the price paid) - there is a sharpness setting adjustment - 1-3 is very fuzzy, then 4 and above looks extra-sharpened (like you manually sharpened a photo in Photoshop and went too far). There does not seem to be anything that just looks clear & normal.
With two monitors side by side, viewing angle limitation is apparent to outside fourth of screen (e.g. left most and right most quarter) without moving.
Matte anti-glare has some sparkle.
Not the best, not the worst... just OK.

Wow, I wish I had this before. I forced the screws in by angling the mount and then screwing in hard with an automatic screw driver. It worked on one but my other one I striped the screw, so its not all the way in on one hole, its holding up on my stand for now, not sure if it will fall, but whatever I guess. I should've thought of this :/. There's no way for me to remove the screw since its stripped now and I would need to get replacement screws
