I've got this shampoo. Been using it for years. It works well, plenty of suds, works well in a foam cannon. I wouldn't use it if you're trying to strip old waxes for a deeper clean (it's better for maintenance wash, more neutral). When I'm out, I want to try turtle wax hybrid solutions.

How does this compare to Meguiar's Professional Citrus Blast Wash & Wax D11301? I just got that and can return it if this is a better one.

This wash has good lubrication without too many suds. It's a car wash soap that is made for mobile detailers who have to be conservative with water usage. It's a car wash soap that has plenty of lubricity to prevent scratches when washing and requires far less water to rinse off vehicles when compared to other car wash soaps. This can also prevent streaking as the soap residue is rinsed quicker off the surface of vehicles.

Probably not, you would be better off with a higher pH (more alkalinity) car wash for a pre-soak. The higher the pH soak the stronger the cleaning power without touching the surface of the vehicle.

This wash is a gentle pH neutral soap more for maintenance washes

this is not only good for touch up between car wash cleanings with minimal suds to have to rinse off with way to much water; one can also use this as form of highly slick lubricating film layer mobile clay bar lubricant; which allows one to do an immediate quick and fast deep molecular level cleaning with a huge tub container of DIY plumber's putty.
