And yes I have my holes aligned.
Ultra fine particles from sanding, especially drywall, can bypass a household vacuum's filter and eventually fry the motor. Use a small shop vac intended for this type of dust instead.
I appreciate the heads up. After the mess the last project made I came to the same conclusion.
I grabbed one of those dust cyclone things and plan to make a dust trap for next time.
